Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our expanding team and drive the growth of Interu by building strategic relationships, securing new clients, and expanding our footprint across SME and Enterprise businesses. The role requires a mix of strategic selling, relationship management, and SaaS expertise. This is an opportunity to lead the sales function, define processes, and shape the future of sales/business development at iov42. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, hands-on sales professional who enjoys working with clients, managing complex sales cycles, and thrives in an evolving start-up environment. We’re a small team located throughout Europe, however, this role will principally be located around our London team. When we’re looking for new team members, we’re not just looking for fantastic background experience; we are also looking for people that are mission-driven and that fit our ethos of being kind, curious and collaborative.

About You

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS technology sales, consulting, or enterprise sales environments, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client accounts. Alternative industry experience such as in supply chains and sustainability is welcomed.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Experience selling to supply chain, sustainability, compliance, or procurement teams, particularly in industries facing deforestation-linked regulations.
  • Confident communicator and negotiator who can engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Adept at diagnostic selling, analytical and able to break down complex regulatory requirements in practical guidance for customers.
  • Quick learner - able to rapidly understand and pitch technical SaaS products.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with regulatory-driven technology adoption is a benefit. Deep understanding of the EUDR in particular is a big advantage.
  • Technical aptitude, able to understand and articulate the value of Interu without relying heavily on technical colleagues.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (FreshSales preferred) for sales tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken); plus one other European language (particularly Dutch, French, German or Spanish) or Mandarin language skills is required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
